Shipping policy

We offer three shipping rates:

• Economy shipping rate (5 to 8 business days) of $0.99 and $4.99 (depending on the type of products in the cart)
• Flat rate standard shipping (3 to 4 business days) of $6.99

We fulfill your order in 2-3 business days in the order in which it was received. We will notify you if there are any delays.

The carrier transports and delivers your order. Please understand that for USPS in particular, the number of days specified in the shipping method is the best estimate and not a guarantee. If your order is later than you expected, please check the Tracking Number that was sent to you by email after you placed your order to see the last place that your order was scanned.

Once the package has been marked "delivered" through the tracking service used, the customer is responsible for the package.  This includes any lost or stolen packages.
